Membership Charter of the Tunisna Movement

Preamble

Joining the Tunisna Movement is not a mere administrative step, but a moral, political, and civic commitment to actively contribute to a national project built on freedom, justice, dignity, and rationality.

The movement seeks to establish a civil, democratic, secular, peaceful, and sustainable state, based on modern liberalism, environmental preservation, social justice, social protection, humanist principles, a parliamentary system, the rule of law, separation of powers, and decentralization.

Our true strength lies in our members, their commitment, values, and initiatives to build a new Tunisia that is free, just, and modern.

Conditions for Membership

1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Adopt the objectives and principles of the movement and accept its statutes.
3. Respect the values of freedom, justice, dignity, and equality.

Members’ Rights

• Full equality among all members in rights and treatment.
• Participation in the activities, programs, and meetings of the movement.
• Right to vote and stand for election within the structures of the movement, according to established rules.
• Freedom of expression and the right to propose initiatives.
• Right to constructive criticism and accountability.
• Access to decisions, activities, and reports of the movement.
• Right to defend oneself or be represented before competent bodies.
• Right to resign or withdraw resignation before approval.

Members’ Duties

• Respect the statutes and internal regulations of the movement.
• Actively participate in activities and assume responsibilities.
• Defend the principles and values of the movement in society.
• Promote freedom, democracy, and active citizenship.
• Respect collective decisions and maintain organizational discipline.
• Abstain from any act contrary to the movement’s objectives or reputation.

Types of Membership

Follower Member 📩

• Follows the movement’s activities via newsletters and media.
• Provides moral support without organizational commitment.

Affiliated Member 🤝

• Officially registered and involved in the movement’s structures.
• Committed to its fundamental principles and programs.

Active Member 🏛️

• Regularly participates in meetings and field activities.
• Holds voting and candidacy rights within the movement’s institutions.

Supporting / Leadership Member ⭐

• Contributes expertise or material/moral support.
• May assume leadership responsibilities.

Commitment and Reference

This charter serves as the official reference for all those wishing to join the movement.
It represents a mutual commitment between the movement and its members, grounded in the values of freedom, justice, dignity, democracy, and transparency.

Joining the Tunisna Movement means embracing a national project for change and contributing to the building of a new Tunisia: civil, democratic, strong, just, and prosperous.

Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

📝 Note

In accordance with the statutory provisions of the Tunisna movement, any member wishing to terminate their membership is required to submit a withdrawal request through the official communication channels of the movement. This request must include the member’s national ID number, for identity verification purposes and to ensure the finalization of the membership termination procedure.
